The moon is an integral part of our lives. Whether it is celebrating a festival or starting an auspicious task, or meditating, we consider the movements of the moon. As the moon is connected to spiritual practices, it is very good to meditate on a new & full moon day.
About New Moon-
In India, it is traditionally believed that the new moon affects the energy, intentions & emotions. Buddhists believe it is a time for spiritual reflection. The new moon is also thought to bring on productivity in the mind and the emotions.The new moon serves as a powerful time for setting intentions and manifesting new beginnings, allowing us to focus on ourselves & our goals in life.
About Full Moon-
The moon is connected to water, and the human body is about 70% water. Thus meditating on a full moon day can help rejuvenate the body and mind. Around full moon's energy is high, through full moon meditation we can direct the enhance to enhance feelings, empower ourselves, manifest, affirm & more! Full moon is believed to be a perfect time for release, heal & make space for positive things to come.
This workshop is being conducted on every New & Full Moon. Once you register you will get details of the next New/ Full Moon Meditation Workshop happening. Workshop is conducted online on Zoom & you also get access to the recording for a week.

About the Teacher
Ratika Khandelwal
Ratika Khandelwal, is a Level 3 Certified Yoga Teacher & a Digital content creator with over 120K followers on YouTube & Instagram. She is available on social media as ‘Roooted India’ where she actively creates content on Yoga, Gardening & Sustainable Living to spread the ancient wisdom to the masses. Prior to yoga teaching & content creation, she was into a finance corporate job working as a Business Analyst in one of the leading NBFCs in Mumbai for 3.5 years. When she couldn't find her purpose in the corporate world, she decided to quit & take up Yoga as her formal education. She was inclined towards yoga since her early days & finally took Yoga Education from Kaivalyadham (200 hrs & 900 hrs) in 2020 & SVYASA in 2023. She follows Traditional Yoga Style putting a lot of emphasis on the ancient knowledge & modern science.
